Refund & Returns Policy (Topicals)
30-Day Window
- You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Eligibility – Topicals
- Unopened/unused items with the hygiene seal intact and in original packaging are eligible for a refund.

Opened/used topicals are not returnable for hygiene and safety reasons unless:
- there is a verified defect, damage in transit, or fulfillment error;
- or you experience an adverse reaction within 14 days of delivery (first-time purchase of that SKU only).
- In those cases, we can offer an exchange or store credit after review.
How to Start a Return
- Email hey@cascadecbx.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
- Ship returns only after receiving authorization. Return address: Cascade CBX, 2545 Fernbrook Ln N, Plymouth, MN 55447.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error, a defect, or shipping damage, we provide a prepaid label.
For all other approved returns, customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if an item is defective, damaged, leaking, or incorrect. Include photos so we can make it right quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened topicals (except defect/adverse-reaction cases noted above)
- Final-sale items, gift cards, and promotional samples
- Items without prior return authorization
Exchanges
If approved, we’ll exchange for the same item or issue store credit once the return is received and inspected.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If shipped into the EU, you may cancel/return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the same condition received, with seal intact and original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you after inspection. If approved, refunds post to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (your bank/issuer may take additional time). If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact hey@cascadecbx.com.
