Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Certain Cascade CBX products may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy options. This policy explains how each type of purchase works and how to make changes or cancellations.
1. Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries according to the frequency you select (for example, every 30, 60, or 90 days).

Payments: Your payment method will be stored securely and automatically charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Auto-Renewals: Some subscriptions renew automatically at the end of their term. If you don’t wish to renew, you can cancel anytime before your next billing date.

Manage or Cancel: You can cancel, skip, or modify your subscription anytime by using the link in your order confirmation email or by logging into your customer account.

Refunds: Subscription orders already shipped are not eligible for cancellation, but you may be able to return unopened items per our Refund Policy (https://cascadecbxsport.com/policies/refund-policy).
2. Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you’re reserving an item not yet in stock or not yet officially released.

We may collect full payment, a deposit, or no payment at checkout. Your payment method will be securely stored and charged when the order is ready to ship.

Cancelation: You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled for a full refund.

Once your pre-order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may be eligible for a return or partial refund under our refund policy (https://cascadecbxsport.com/policies/refund-policy).

Estimated Ship Dates: Pre-order ship dates are estimates only and may change due to production or certification timelines.
3. Try Before You Buy
For select items, you may be able to “Try Before You Buy.”

Authorization: We’ll place a temporary authorization on your payment method before shipping your order but will not charge you until the trial period ends.

Trial Period: You’ll have a set number of days (specified at checkout or in your order confirmation email) to decide whether to keep or return the item.

Returns: If you decide not to keep the product, it must be returned unopened and unused within the trial period to avoid charges.

Charges: If the product is not returned by the end of the trial period, your payment method will automatically be charged for the full purchase amount.
