Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cascade CBX. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will ship, what to expect during delivery, and how to contact us regarding any shipping-related questions or issues.


Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a confirmation link to monitor delivery status.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. During high-volume periods (product launches, promotions, or holidays), processing may take slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Cascade CBX is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number and carrier link.
If you haven’t received tracking details within three business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at hey@cascadecbx.com.


Shipping Carriers

We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on location and service availability.
You can select your preferred carrier at checkout (when available).


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

  • All products are non-ingestible CBD topicals, fully compliant with federal hemp regulations.

  • Some states may restrict or prohibit the sale of hemp-derived products; orders that cannot be fulfilled due to state laws will be canceled and refunded.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management first.

  2. Wait 24 hours in case of a carrier delay.

  3. If still missing, contact us at hey@cascadecbx.com with your order number and tracking info.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can quickly investigate and send a replacement or refund if appropriate.


Returns Due to Incorrect Address

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, we’ll contact you to confirm the correct details.

  • Reshipment fees may apply.

  • If you choose to cancel instead, we’ll issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.


Order Changes or Cancellations

Once your order is placed, we begin processing immediately.
To request a change or cancellation, please email hey@cascadecbx.com within 2 hours of order placement.
While we can’t guarantee changes after an order is submitted, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
